How To Install Speedtest-cli On a CentOS / RHEL To Check Internet Speed


Step 1: Install python
yum install python

Step 2: Download speedtest_cli.py
wget -O speedtest-cli https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sivel/speedtest-cli/master/speedtest.py
chmod +x speedtest-cli

Step 3: Check the Internet speed
./speedtest-cli
